Often, life feels anything but harmonious. How often do we take the time to slow down and ask ‘how can life be greater? How would I feel if life was more harmonious, purposeful and rewarding?’. Sometime things can show up in life that just don’t feel great.

All of the above, can stem from the body’s wise attempts to feel safe. At some point, the body didn’t feel safe. How the body responded at that time, lives on in our body, in our cells, passed on through our DNA and templates from generation to generation, until someone says ‘enough’. Until someone says ‘I am ready to listen. I am ready to put the work in and I’m ready to embrace freedom’. 

When you are held in safety, your journey will unravel just as it is supposed to, small step by step. There are many tools I blend in mentorship. These range from somatics to inner child work, nervous system regulation, EFT and sound. Together we will clarify your goals, safely and slowly work through practices together, bring focus to your time outside sessions, implementing awareness that brings lasting and bountiful positive rewards.

True transformation takes time, dedication and support. This is not overnight work. This is deep work that will heal places that haven’t been seen and give joy and freedom that can feel unimaginable. This fast-paced life style is not only not sustainable, it means our most basic needs just aren’t being met.

Our women’s circles are not a luxury, they’re a necessity. Circle is a time to slow down, connect back in with yourself, which in turn allows us to connect with each other from a place of love and respect. The magic and healing that is born out of this simplicity is invaluable. It’s raw and real. Its safety. It’s belonging. It’s dignity. And always rooted in the soma, your body, your home. Somatic Sound Baths

Sound Bath’s have massively grown in accessibility in recent years. The effect of frequency on the body can be profound. From nervous system regulation to incredible healing results, within a short space of time, the body can process things that have been held in the body for years. Sometimes, the body isn’t in the optimal state to truly receive. By focusing on specific somatic exercises before and after a sound scape, I have found the positive effects of sound are beautifully amplified. Each sound bath has a specific somatic focus, providing you with valuable body focused skills to use day to day. Some Somatic Sound Baths will incorporate guest practitioners to blend healing specialities for a supercharged, unique healing experience.
